About my process
My process starts with research — user interviews, flows, and mental models — before I touch Figma. Good design should be invisible: it works without explanation, and the complexity stays on my side of the screen, not the user's. Increasingly, that means shipping code too — I use AI tools like Claude Code to take designs from Figma all the way to production.
